Janlok Pratishthan Social Organization has been engaged in a legal battle through Case No. 640/2016 in the Hon'ble Supreme Court for the past 8 years. This fight is being carried out on behalf of 6 crore investors across the country. All the expenses incurred in the legal proceedings have been borne by the investors through assistance provided by the organization. However, to further advance the ongoing legal battle in the Hon'ble Supreme Court, financial support is essential. Prior to this, investors had extended their support, enabling us to reach a stage where Janlok Pratishthan successfully won a legal battle in the Federal Court of Australia. Through this victory, an amount of up to ₹17,000 is being deposited in the accounts of PACL investors via the portal started due to the legal victory.
